When I stepped into my room the other day I saw my big black garbage bag peeking out of my closet. That garbage is not your ordinary trash but full of my winter attire I could not stash in the tight space. Then I realized that the chilly & rainy, the typical weather of Vancouver has arrived and will be staying until next year. I am unsure where you guys live but the continuous gloomy days aren’t much of a help to long working hours stuck in an office.

Fall is the time for dark hues of purple, brown , black, taupe and etc… I for one dyed my hair to a dark chocolatey brown from a light pink beige brown I rocked over the summer. My make-up consisted of a light Korean (of course) BB cream, a light coral cream blusher,  a Lioele Pop Pinky Tint and my favorite C-Thru lip gloss from _ _ _. Now I bring back the darker colors of brown & gray eye shadows, black to dark brown eye liners and barely there lip sticks. Does that remind you of a figure? A lonely single lady embracing the “cold”. You may spot me strolling with a half coat with a knee high boots with all of the above..on my own…. depressing………..ANYWAY let’s move on.

Despite the overwhelming darkness, Autumn looks are still something you can enjoy only in this season. If you want a hint of sparkle or vibrant touch to your customized do, try a few daring nail colors. This is the set I’ve kept for myself to last through this season and here are the application images for you all to see.

** It is EXTREMELY cloudy and dark today (3:30PM) but the colors still stood out amazingly!

The weather has been getting warmer and I feel like pulling out some pink summer dresses, shirts, skirts, and shorts out of the closet!

Now I present you the “Pretty in Pink” tutorial.

1. Start off by properly cleansing your skin to remove any dirt or bacteria
2. Dry your face with a face cloth and apply moisturizing cream

You are now ready to begin!

1. Base Make-up

As always, apply a primer to your skin for easy and smooth application of foundation and to cover up pores. I always use the Lioele Secret Pore Rich Balm for my primer.

After the application of a primer, apply a Lioele BB Cream of your choice to cover any blemishes. I use the Lioele Triple the Solution BB Cream because it provides the best coverage for my skin, however, you could use the Lioele Beyond Solution BB Cream or Lioele Waterdrop BB Cream if either of those are your favourite^-^

2. Cheeks

After your BB cream of preference has been applied, use the Lioele Cheek Beam Blusher (your choice of pink) to add rosy cheeks. Apply to blush with a brush at a slanted upward angle. Sweep the blush lightly downwards and be careful to not apply too much, just enough so that it shows up on your skin! Rosy cheeks help make you look more feminine and glowy.

3. Eyes

Now it’s time to apply and blend eyeshadow! I chose the Lioele Triple Eyeshadow in Lovely Pink. This eyeshadow is great if your favourite eyeshadow colours are light pink and light purple. It’s simple and easy to use, however, if you like to use different colour tones, try a different colour combination of the triple eyeshadow such as: Pink Grey, G Brown Khaki, Blue Navy, G Black Smoky, Colour Harmony, Sky Blue, Bronze Brown, Maple Brown, or Gold Brown. For this tutorial, I chose the ‘Lovely Pink’ colour combination because it’s a pink theme ^^~

Using the lightest coloured eyeshadow (in this case, shimmering white), sweep the colour across the inner corners of your eyes and about halfway across the lid area (from the corner of your eyes to midway across your lash line to midway underneath your eyebrow) with a shadow brush. Now using the middle colour (in this case, lovely pink), apply the pink eyeshadow onto the outer half across the lid. Finally, sweep the purple eyeshadow across your eyelid only. If you like, you can apply the white eyeshadow across your upper lid again for an extra touch of shimmer.

After eyeshadow application, apply Lioele Blooming Volume Curling Mascara on your eyelashes and curl them. This will help draw attention to your eyes as it creates a flirty and feminine look to your lashes.

4. Lips

Now for the finishing touch! The lips ^-^

I like to apply the Lioele Dollish Lipstick in Baby Pink to complement with my other make-up. Apply one or two layers of the lipstick.

Now apply one to two layers of the Lioele Blooming Lip Gloss (in a pink colour) for an extra shine.

- Use eyebrow color same as your hair color

- If your eyebrow is too thick, apply concealer on your eyebrow first

3. Apply Lioele Dollish eyeshadow #9. Maple brown a+b from the inner edge of the eyes to the middle.

4. Apply b+c from the middle to the outer edge.

5. Apply c under your eyes until 2/3 part

6. Apply Lioele Real color eyeshadow #6. Pure ivory (No pearl) on the inner edge of the eyes to make it bright

and apply Lioele Air Chiffon eyeshadow #1. Floral White under the eyes until 1/3 part

7. Apply Lioele All in one gel eyeliner to the outer edge of the eyelid.

8. Apply Lioele Waterproof eyeliner pencil under your eyes.

* Apply it 2~5mm far from your eyeball to make your eyes look bigger

.9. Attach Lioele False eyelash #5 + #9 on your eyelid

10. Attach Lioele False eyelash #14(will be in stock in Aug.) under your eyes.

- Cut it to match with your eyes and attach it with false eyelash bond(included)

11. Use Lioele Brush Pen Eyeliner to draw eyeline between eyelashes.

12. Apply Lioele Dollish Mascara to make dollish eyelashes

First, prepare your face with basic skin care. (Yes, my skin isn’t pretty,,ㅡㅡ)

Apply Lioele 3-D Skin Fix Makeup Base on your face after skin care.
It includes the primer already so it covers pores and smoothens your skin.

- Dark Circles!! -

What can you do to conceal your dark circles?

1. The pink, lavender color works great on them! It makes your eyes look natural and bright~^^

2. Please use soft and moist concealer~ since the skin around your eyebags is thin and dry.

3. Please do not rub the concealer with your hands! If the concealer is not even between wrinkles, it enhances your wrinkles, so tap the concealer on when you apply it.

4. Apply a small amount of Lioele BB cream or foundation on the dark circles before you use a concealer.

It’s good to use BB cream, but have to apply a small amount and very thinly because you will be using concealer too!

If you worry about a boundary of concealer, it’s also natural to apply the concealer first before BB cream/foundation^^

Tap the concealer on lightly and gently^^

You can apply a small amount of Lioele Dark Circle Concealer once more for the darkest part of eyes.

Apply only a little on your eyelids! The amount you should apply should be less than the amount you used on your dark circles because the concealer may not be smooth and even.

It’s also good to tap it with a tissue after applying it^^

Remember to not miss the edge of eyes! ~

Apply Lioele Waterproof Eyeliner #3. Aurora White on the top of eyes and 1/3 to the bottom of eyes. It helps make your eyes look much brighter and bigger.

Do not apply strongly or on eye edges either!

After using eyelash curler, use Lioele Waterproof Up&Down Mascara on your eyelashes for a pretty curl.
