by Nic Rae on 10/03/2011 i was pleasantly suprised i thought this would be like every other tinted balm i've tried, too sheer and having to pile on the layers for some color to show through, but this is very pigmented! just 1 layer gives my lips a soft natural pink and 2 is enough for a more hot pink (without looking too bright) a lot of people say the packaging looks cheap but personally i dont mind, it looks like a cute chapstick and i have no problem carrying this around with me
