by Kelsi Wright on 07/13/2011 This is a great spot treatment! It has salicylic acid and tea tree, which are popular acne fighters! If you have only the occasional pimple I think that these would work well for you. They really help to reduce the size of pimples over night! The patches are thin, transparent and adhere well to skin, so they wont move around and can be worn for the 8-12 hours that is recommended. I really like this product and will purchase it again.
