by Nancy Tran on 02/24/2012 ok, i know this is supposed to be a base coat , but i never use it as a base . instead i just painted two coats of these on my natural nails and thas it . its a reallly nice color ! and if you paint one coat of it alone on your nnails , it makes it shiny and looks really natural :)
