this is one of the best eyeliners ive ever used, its precise but not sharp on the eyes at all, its actually very creamy and you can decide whether to draw a neat line or just pat it on a bit like an eyeshadow (like for the outer corners of your eye), i use it for both. true to its word it is waterproof and doesnt budge but comes off fine with wipes, or you can use lioele's waterproof lip and eye remover
it also comes with a mini sharpener at the bottom if you need it
