SHIPPING POLICY-----------------------------------------
*We use Local Post office as a shipping carrier for the most reasonable shipping fee.
Every products are shipped out from Korea.
(Currency : USD)
*Every paid instock items will be shipped in 1~2days.(Sat,Sun and Holidays are not included)
*The delivery time does not include Sat, Sun and Holidays.
*It could be delayed in customs and sometimes you may need to pay duties for the parcel. It depends on country and their customs policy.
Keautystore.com is not responsible for the customs duty.
*Please make sure if your shipping address is correct. We will charge you Returning fee + full shipping fee to send your returned package due to a wrong address
RETURN POLICY-------------------------------------------
We want to make you completely satisfied.
If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can exchange or ask for refund. Before returning, please take time to read this page carefully.
Keautystore reserves the right to charge the handling fee for all returned products.
Exchange
If we send wrong item to you or the item you received has quality problem, then you can return it to us.
You should report the problem in 3 days after receiving the products and return it within 7 days and the item must be in original condition when returning to us.
When the returned package arrives, we will examine the item, check the problem, then we will ship the correct items back to you without extra cost.
We will be responsible for the returning shipping fee from Keautystore to you but you have to pay the shipping fee from you to Keautystore.
If we discover nothing wrong with the items, we will promptly ship them back to you. In that case, you have to pay the shipping fees in both directions.
Refund
Keautystore offers partial or full refund on most items within 3 days of receiving your goods. The first step in the refunds process is to contact us(e-mail : info@keautystore.com)
Full Refunds
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused by the fault of the third party or customer own fault cannot apply for refund.
We also offer full refund when item is missing after investigation.
If the address is wrong, it will be returned to us and it usually takes around 2 more weeks.
In this case, you need to pay another shipping fee for resending package.
Partial Refunds
We also offer partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get partial refund.
If you want to return/refund it directly, we welcome you to come to our store.
*You can not exchange or refund it if you just changed your mind after you get the item.
